Buyer beware, if you have closing credits from seller, you will not likely get the full credit. No one explained this to us. We owed way more money at closing because of this. We were lead to believe this closing credit would put money in our pocket for repairs. NOT SO!! They said we would get Closing Disclosure 2 business days before closing. NOT SO!
