Ken knows NOTHING. Pam, his assistant knows even LESS, if that's possible. We were referred to them by the realty office of Berkshire Hathaway. Why??? I dont know why they referred them to us. Because they're useless. For starters, Angela Mast dropped us, and our efforts to obtain a pre-approval letter after she saw we couldnt qualify for a ba-jillion dollar house.
