RecommendedLeanne was extremely helpful in getting our loan approved quickly. We were kept in the loop every step of the way by her and her team. There were no bad surprises, only positive ones-like getting us a lower interest rate than we initially spoke about! This will be the third house we bought since 2015, and although we hope this one is THE one, if it isn't, we'll be returning to Leanne for the next. Highly recommended!
Barry Peters pushed all the proper buttons to not only help me close on a house in a crunch, but got me a loan where no one else could!! Because of him and his team I am a homeowner at 21 years old. He was there for every question, responded to my 3 am emails of concerns, and was on top of every piece of paperwork that I needed. He even helped me get some extra help where I qualified and I wholeheartedly believe that is why I was able to accomplish what I did.
Leanne and her team were great to work with, efficient, and personable. Highly recommend!
We started off with Mark O'Shea at first but then we were passed off to Will Stepp. It seemed like everything was moving along fairly well until we kept getting asked for information that we had sent numerous times. The closer we got to closing, the worse the repeat requests got. A few times questions were asked but they were so vague, I had to go to my realtor to have him ask what was needed. I wouldn't say Fairway was the worst but I certainly wouldn't recommend them any time soon.
John Anthony and his team are awesome. They helped my buyer client's close in 15 days without any problems. Thank you John!
