Dave was honest and transparent throughout the whole process and answered all our questions no matter the time of day. Would highly recommend !
Update: After 1 year of being a customer to Fairway Mortgage, I would NEVER recommend them. Payment malfunctions on their part started with them blaming me or my bank. Automatic payments are deducted 4 days before the date annotated. A multitude of errors and never an apology. I recently moved to Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and connected with Dave kelly at Fairway Independent upon arriving to get prequalified as I knew I was going to buy a house here.
