WARNING. DO NOT USE THIS LENDER.This was the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I was told multiple times I would qualify and was given multiple green lights. THE NIGHT BEFORE we closed Ashley called my agent to tell me we may have a problem. They dragged out the process, not communicating for days! Leaving myself and my FOUR KIDS HOMELESS. My agent said in SIX YEARS of real estate business she has NEVER experienced someone so unprofessional. DO NOT USE!
