I lived there for 2 years. Some of my experiences were: moving in and installing my own washer because the maintainence man left it in the hallway outside my door and then forgot about it. One winter the management fired the snow removal company and then didn't get around to replacing them. The tennants couldn't get their cars in/out of the parking lot.
