At the time I'm writing this, this place has 2.9 stars. The good ratings must be old ones. I won't get into details because I would be here for a while. Maintenance in this place is horrible you report a problem and he will literally come in and walk right out without saying a word or even looking at what is even being reported. You can constantly complain and nothing will get fixed. While the complex is well-maintained, and most of the units seem recently updated, the walls are thin and sound travels too easily. You can hear a neighbor sneeze in the unit next to you or above you. More needs to be done to ensure that new tenants lay rugs and hang curtains to absorb sound, in addition to being encouraged to mind how loud they are in general. Smells travel through the heating/ac vents. Pot smoke is supposed to be against the lease, but tenants don't follow it and you're subjected to their gross smells and ... read more
