This dealership tried selling me a new vehicle (2020 **** F-150 STX) and keeping the stock wheels and tires (the truck was offered with a optional package that included aftermarket wheels and tires, that I was also paying for). If I could give them a negative 5 star review I would. Short version DO NOT take your car to them for service. My problems started back on August 11, 2021 when I dropped off my 2010 **** Explorer for 2 minor issues. First when you park the vehicle the transmission doesn't always fully engage, which prevents the vehicle from starting, and you will need to give the vehicle a little push and you can hear it click into park, and then it will start. I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape in April of 2020 from Fairway Ford off of their showroom floor. The battery was dead & they told me that happens from people playing with buttons on the showroom floor. They replaced the battery & I drove off in it. With just a 1,000 miles on the car, the car completely shut down electrically. The day this happened the windows wouldn't work, the touch screen & dash went completely black, the emergency brake would automatically engage everytime when I would put the car in drive or reverse.
