This dealership tried selling me a new vehicle (2020 **** F-150 STX) and keeping the stock wheels and tires (the truck was offered with a optional package that included aftermarket wheels and tires, that I was also paying for). The ** then told me, the only way I was getting them was if I left a good ****** review. If I could give them a negative 5 star review I would. Short version DO NOT take your car to them for service. My problems started back on August 11, 2021 when I dropped off my 2010 **** Explorer for 2 minor issues. First when you park the vehicle the transmission doesn't always fully engage, which prevents the vehicle from starting, and you will need to give the vehicle a little push and you can hear it click into park, and then it will start. I purchased a 2020 Ford Escape in April of 2020 from Fairway Ford off of their showroom floor. The battery was dead & they told me that happens from people playing with buttons on the showroom floor. They replaced the battery & I drove off in it. With just a 1,000 miles on the car, the car completely shut down electrically. The day this happened the windows wouldn't work, the touch screen & dash went completely black, the emergency brake would automatically engage everytime when I would put the car in drive or reverse. My expereice at your service department was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so very much for your kindness and great service.
