Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never go back to Fairway Ford. I inquired about a used truck that had just came through on trade, and since it was new on lot, the sales team didn't want to negotiate on price because it was 'fresh on the lot', in other words, they might be able to get some other sucker to pay full asking price. Tried to but a 2025 Aviator from Fairway Ford in South Carolina. David the salesman was really good. He sent me over to the closer vincent and everything was fine except the sales tax was wrong. In Gwinnett County Georgia the sales tax is 6%. Their software told them it was 7 %. I asked him 3 times to please change it . He said no. I asked to talk to someone else about it and he said we was the one to talk to. I have found another identical car online so I guess I will buy that one. My husband and I are on the market for a diesel truck. We came by last weekend and stood in the lot 20 minutes before someone came up to us. He was busy so he got the internet sales guy to help us. He must not have wanted to make a sale. Because he didn’t even try. Very helpful in referring to my protection plan letting me know the cost to me. Just last week they were able to use my protection plan after I had to pay for diagnostic test done which saved me $200 to $300. John Bright was very helpful an has a very compassionate personality to work with. I definitely will continue to use Fairway Ford for car service as I need it. Thank You,Judy Stacy

This was my first visit to Fairway Ford and it was terrific! From the service counter to walking through what was needed to get things back in working order was the best experience I have had a Ford Dealership in a long, long time. Tyler was the staffer who helped me and was on top of the communication. Tyler was also able to work me in the queue and get me back on the road in a day. Taking my F150 back there for sure my 100K tune-up! I'm a fan!

I bought a used F150 here a few days ago. And loved the experience. Good assortment of vehicles on the lot. Transparent, well explained, not “pushy” process from the call to the purchase.
