I have been going to Fairway for a few years. Went in a couple of weeks ago for the usual oil change and found out the manager, Karl, retired. Well, apparently he was the voice of reason and professionalism there. It all started fine - gave them my info and gave them the key. Dont go here!!! I am a former employee there, and they will literally RIP you OFF!!!! Im talkin about charging you for a part they wont even put on! charging you for an alignment they didnt even do. The SO called magaer is under the influence of alcohol more than half the time he's on the job, He tells us to upsale upsale upsale, even if the car doesnt need anything, sell them something he tells us! For your sake and your cars sake, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THEIR!
