Houses in our area are far too close together, which is a significant problem when you have a bad neighbor whose kids have shot up our property twice, whose tree is destroying our yard and fence, and whose choice to burn trash in his yard (despite the fact that we're located less than a mile from the dump) blows smoke into our home and causes severe allergy and breathing problems. Great neighborhood to live in Idaho Falls. Quiet, beautiful unobstructed sunsets, communnal middle (of houses) area, next door to Sage Lakes Golf Course. Pet friendly and nice neighbors. Community get togethers and games like "You've been booed!!" this past Halloween with treats🍭🍪 Very kid and new family friendly.
