I haven’t even move into my unit yet. Pablo is great without a great maintenance team you have nothing….. Oh and Ms Stephanie is great.
Mr Gomez came out today and fixed my AC after the work order was sitting with another maintenance guy who failed to even attempt to solve my problem. Mr Gomez is the best maintenance guy on the property he does an excellent job at keeping the property up. He is extremely professional, punctual, and knowledgeable.
When I stayed here my bathroom was leaking for months and never fix nun.
I absolutely love my apartment my first one to be exact ! MR PABLO IS THE BEST I WOULDNT WANT NOBODY ELSE DOING MY HOME he’s quick fast and a man of he’s word literally he responds at a reasonable time andd he always on the property making sure it stays up to part he gave me my own water heater in the home I don’t have any cabinets so he made me one new fridge and stove all in 72! Hours when I say I handy man I really mean that ! He so sweet and understanding yo the best to do it
Great staff and maintenance team! Lia and Stephanie are great at handling any problems or concerns, and Pablo offer quick response and remedies to maintenance issues.
