Very good experience with Fairway Buildings. We went to their location in Charlotte. Saw exactly what we were looking for. We were able to call later with all the details after being given the brochure to look over. Got it scheduled and payed the deposit. They were even able to adjust the start date to a day later when another project went over schedule. They came out exactly on time. Very good and honest company. Have had a shed for over 4 years. However only issues are that I have had continued issues with shingles falling off and sliding out. They have been repaired several times. Also hard to get a hold of for warranty, can take days to a week to get back to me and longer to fix it. But they have kept their word and fixed things. See below for shingle slide out along bottom of roof. Soon they will be on the ground.
Fairway Buildings is a solid company to work with. I had a 12x12 shed built and the process was honest and straight forward. John, the owner, carefully walked me through all the steps, from procurrinng a permit to the final build. Terry, Fairway's carpenter, showed up at my property and in one day his team had the shed completely built. These guys are awesome to work with and I am very impressed by the quality of the buildings. I did my research and can say that by far, they are the best! I can't thank them enough!
My 12x12 shed was just installed this week, and could not be happier with the outcome. John is extremely professional, knowledgeable and so patient coming to my house to measure and answer all questions. The lovely Polish contractors were methodical, well organized and lovely to work with. Our painter Carlo did a beautiful job.
