The maintenance supervisor Jose Polanco is the best part of this community. He is so caring in making sure all work orders get done quickly and correctly. He goes above and beyond to make sure the resident is happy. We are really lucky to have him and I know my home is in the best hands with him around!
Enjoying several years at this lovely community. Excellent customer service and responses, especially Jose who is amazing regarding any request, he always makes sure everything is perfectly fixed to our satisfaction, and for rental/lease assistance Jasmine is a true professional, appreciate her assistance these last few years!
I absolutely love Fairway at Big Canyon! The property is peaceful, quaint, and well kept! The neighbors are really friendly. Jose in maintenance is awesome and so quick to respond to any concerns despite the fact that you can see he’s busy on the property throughout the day. Jasmine in the leasing office is super sweet and so helpful. I feel so grateful to be able to live at Fairway with my family!:) Would recommend to anyone that was looking for a place to call home to live here.
When looking for an apartment community, the most factors considered are property, Location, amenities etc.. What you can't see is the Maintenance Staff. (That is the glue) At Fairway Big Canyon apartments, we have THE BEST Maintenance staff, especially JOSE. In this economic climate, it is a challenge to find good employees that want to work.
