Took a tour this past week with my wife and our son. Nowhere on the website does it state that if you have a child over the age of 18 months, you are straight up ineligible for a 1bed/1bath. That was dropped on us after touring. Like who are you to say that our 2yr old son cannot sleep in the same room as us??? Additionally, when touring the apartment, the first thing when walking in the front door you get hit with a distinct smell of cat piss. Clearly that carpet was not replaced and just "cleaned"
We lived here from march 2023 to March 2024. And it's very nice place to live! The equipment in the apartment is not new, but clean and good working order. And most importantly, you can confidently count on the staff! All our complaints and tickets were satisfied as quickly as possible! When we leaved, we didn't have any issues and got our deposit back in a short time.
