Well their leasing office is basically ran by AI which makes it pretty difficult to actually talk to someone who works there. We had a tour scheduled for 2:45pm and when we got there, the office was closed. We could hear people behind the office doors laughing, joking, and saying that they need to get a bigger 'CLOSED' sign. The AI assistant on the phone kept saying that the office is supposed to be open until 5pm. We knocked on the doors multiple times but they just ignored us. The walls are extremely easily to hear thru...I can hear my neighbors below me. The community charges an amenity fee but there are no amenities. Cheap rent but you get what you are paying for in that community. Also constant mildew smell coming from the storage room beside my apartment. I would not recommend this neighborhood.
These apartments are very expensive in everything, even the parking. They charge and they don't provide parking for visitors, only for preferred ones, so I don't recommend them.
