First moved in few years ago was ok. Not great but not horrible. Older complex had issues but was quiet and bottom floor easy accessible. About 6 months ago new company bought it out and it went downhill FAST. Couldn't get maintenence done. Mold problems which they refused to do anything about. Manager is a joke has entire family on payroll putting band aids on problems vs fixing anything. Bad electric outlets that pop fuses goes unfixed. Endless fire hazards and water damage. Treated my friend like trash, and wouldn’t even fix her damn shower for over a month. Sorry excuse of an apartment complexDO NOT MOVE HERE
Mold, bugs, toxic weeds, flooding apartment, no solutions just keep closing work orders. I had to involve the city. Ongoing
Absolutely horrible. Constantly stuff breaking in my apartment. I don’t have hot water after months of asking. My shower doesn’t work. The back door doesn’t work. The laundry machine and dryer don’t even work. This place is an absolute joke for $1300 a month. I cannot believe how trash the management is AND WHY AM I PAYING $1300 A MONTH FOR THIS LIVING CONDITION.
This new property management doesnt return texts, phone calls n, emails and the office is always closed. So I pay amenity fees for pool use and they so far have refused to provided a key to it
