In speaking for my unit, for the price that we pay, this apartment complex is okay. A few things that I appreciate from Fairway is that I do not have to worry about pests and parking fees. The location is in the middle of grood parks, pools, schools, and walkable shopping stores. The apartment doesn't look like the modern luxury apartments, and you see might see small amounts of stray trash every now and then, but they do have very decent maintenance services that work very hard to up keep the dog park, the outside facility ... read more
Application process and management were so accommodating to my quick move needs. Maintenance is very friendly and efficient for even my littlest "needs". Big pet friendly community, everyone knows each other's fur babies! Feels like a safe and warm atmosphere tucked in a convenient location! My family and I appreciate the monthly club house community appreciation theme/get together on them! Very satisfied!
It's a quiet place, our next door neighbor is nice. For the most part people keep to themselves. Pool is not open the hours it shows on the sign which is frustrating. I would suggest putting a fab entry and provide each resident a fab that way there is no need to have to wait or complain about not having access to the pool. I have only lived here a few months and there are some repairs to building doors that have not been fixed. Some of the curbs are not handicap accessible.
Fairway Apartments are a great option if you have pets. I love that they allow large breeds as well. They offer several floor plans. They have a two sided dog park which is great for my dog to get to run off leash. There is a park within walking distance as well as several neighborhoods to walk your dog in. Each building has two sides and each side is only 4 apartments, so you only have to share a washer/dryer with 3 other people. You also use an app, which is nice so you don't need quarters. I have lived here 3 years and have no complaints. Maintenance requests are fulfilled in timely manner, i have plenty of storage and counter space and no bugs.
