This new property management doesnt return texts, phone calls n, emails and the office is always closed. So I pay amenity fees for pool use and they so far have refused to provided a key to it

I like living here it's very peaceful. I been living here for one year. The management is very nice and they make sure that the work orders are done. Matenice workers are very professional and they clean up after themselves.l renew my lease because l love living here.
My partner and I moved in a couple months ago. With it being our first apartment I had many questions and concerns all that I voiced to the property manager and she was beyond kind and answered every question I had. The apartment itself is nice. A lot of cabinet space, haven't had any issues so far. At first I was concerned with the lack of security on the doors to enter the complex itself but that quickly subsided.
