RecommendedVery short walking/driving distance to many great places, schools and stores. The bus stop is about a 7 minute walk from the apartment. Neighbors have been very friendly. landlord has been a help with alot.
If you want to live in a nasty area, where the apartments are disgusting with dirt and grime behind the fridges and stoves, where the parking lot floods with heavy rain where you have to pay for your own damages this is the place for you to live. Plus when you move out you get charged crazy amounts of money for ridiculous imaginary things you supposedly leave behind. when it was raining alot last year i noticed a leak in my cealing so i told landlord and he had maintenance look at it. he was there for about 30 seconds then said he was going on lunch or something then i never saw him again.
I agree! The manger was very rude and seem to have no interest in showing me the place.
