School traffic can be a problematic to get in and out of the parking lot. Otherwise it's an ok place to live. If you don't have a car or need to save gas and are going to high school or college. This is the place for you. The walking distance is not far.
Poor communication. Was told we would get deposit back in 30-45 days.. 80 days later they won't return phone calls and no deposit back after being told we would be completely refunded.
Decent rates with livable conditions, central air and cable. Not bad if you ask me
