It was quick fast and easy had a job the next day!!!
Colony South is under new management now, but with that being said, I've been here for 4 or 5 years now and this is definitely my home. April, the property manager is awesome. She cares about us tenants and is truly fair. She's got a no nonsense attitude and always shoots me straight. This is definitely the best apartment complex I've ever lived in.
Very lovely apartment complex. Quiet, and very maintainable.
