In my opinion, this place only gives a good era for people who can offer benefits to them, it could be patient, contractor, staff, etc… I don’t see humanity (being able to understand the other person’s situations out of their unreasonable policies) and kindness as far as I see through my experience and other people’s.
I’ve had to come here twice in the past few years, and both times I felt cared for and respected by every provider I interacted with. Yes, wait times can be long, but unfortunately that’s the case for pretty much every emergency room in the country. Thank you to the nurses, staff, and physicians!
There are not many people however the waiting is longer. No updates and no check-ins with you. Mostly nurses and PAs. Short staffed and no way this can be a university hospital. The patient information is shared in the waiting room and in the hallway. If you value some privacy this place might not work for you. Plan for endless waiting time. Horrible,
I entered at around noon on a Friday. The waiting room was clean and empty. On account of it being an off-peak time, I was served very quickly. Nursing staff and doctors seemed invested in making sure I was comfortable, and knew what was going on with my body when I was in the emergency room. The staff were very courteous and did the best they could. They let you listen to music while you get an MRI, too! I picked James Taylor.
Aggressive debt collection of 169$ that i never even knew i owed them And once i became aware i said i will happily pay. I explained how i have a legal conservatorship. Who is responsible for paying my bills. They said they would not accept payment from my conservator. I asked if they had a debt forgiveness program. The man said no, they do not. So i said.
