Aggressive debt collection of 169$ that i never even knew i owed them And once i became aware i said i will happily pay. I explained how i have a legal conservatorship. Who is responsible for paying my bills. They said they would not accept payment from my conservator. I asked if they had a debt forgiveness program. The man said no, they do not. So i said. Lovely staff all around, too, the front desk to the nurses and doctors. 100% took us seriously until the very end would come back again and recommend.
XCEL ENERGY ABBOTT NORTHWESTERN HOSPITALS EMERGENCY. ER ROOM
The most nasty, unprofessional emergency room/department ever. Staff lingers around the corner area in the corner hall, hanging out with the security guards. They sit/stand there and laugh, are extremely loud and basically have a party. They are rude and have zero idea that a hospital is supposed to be a quiet zone. This is not a one time occurrence. These doctors in this ER don't have bedside manners. Act like everyone who comes thru these doors are faking. More concerned that I am not bending my right leg (it has not been able to bend in 15 years) The reason I came to.the ER infected right toe because I have a total joint replacement. They don't seem to care about it. The pain is what honestly brought me down. DON'T COME TO THIS ER AT ALL.
