I entered at around noon on a Friday. The waiting room was clean and empty. On account of it being an off-peak time, I was served very quickly. Nursing staff and doctors seemed invested in making sure I was comfortable, and knew what was going on with my body when I was in the emergency room. The staff were very courteous and did the best they could. They let you listen to music while you get an MRI, too! I picked James Taylor.
Aggressive debt collection of 169$ that i never even knew i owed them And once i became aware i said i will happily pay. I explained how i have a legal conservatorship. Who is responsible for paying my bills. They said they would not accept payment from my conservator. I asked if they had a debt forgiveness program. The man said no, they do not. So i said. Lovely staff all around, too, the front desk to the nurses and doctors. 100% took us seriously until the very end would come back again and recommend.
XCEL ENERGY ABBOTT NORTHWESTERN HOSPITALS EMERGENCY. ER ROOM
The most nasty, unprofessional emergency room/department ever. Staff lingers around the corner area in the corner hall, hanging out with the security guards. They sit/stand there and laugh, are extremely loud and basically have a party. They are rude and have zero idea that a hospital is supposed to be a quiet zone. This is not a one time occurrence.
