I walked in 2.5 hrs before closing and they said they were at full capacity, after I told them I’ve had a inflamed and (possibly infected) throat that caused me to spit up blood. They said to come back tomorrow or go to the er in such a dismissive tone with no empathy AT ALL. All while some staff were just standing around talking to each other.
I have always gotten top notch medical care here. There is ZERO privacy. Every single person that came in - I knew their name, date of birth, address, and reason they were there. Every single time. This is a problem at MHealth in general but very noticeable at this clinic.

Horrible place you might get in quick but you end up losing the time because they don't do anything their nurse practitioners that don't do any tests they just tell you to go to the ER after you've just wasted 90 minutes won't bother going here ever again.
I checked in at 9:45 AM for Urgent Care for my ear and was roomed and seen by a provider by 10:16 AM. I consider that a remarkably short wait. Everyone from the clerk who checked me in to the nurse to the provider was helpful and friendly.
