Foolish Doctor advice on last two visits
I was able to walk in and there was not a lot of people in line. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen.
Do not go here! Not very Urgent at all. I spent 3 hours waiting for a walk-in appointment for a sore throat and continued to wait another hour for an evaluation after swabbing. For some reason there was more staff than patients, and somehow they were not able to help a queue of 3 patients under 4 hours. It was exhausting when I was told it will be a 15 min evaluation and that turning into an hour. The service is horrible and the staff are not polite to their patients. Was hoping this was the clinic for me but I’ve had complications at every step and care is not given in a timely manner, (responses on my chart will take over a week for something you could have been treated for within an hour at an urgent care) Time to find a new clinic. Also don’t go here if you want an ESA letter from your primary. They will not provide it.
Got in and out very quickly on a sunday evening. Nice providers.
