I was recently baffled by their call ahead system. My son was having an allergic reaction that got pretty scary, we put ourselves in their queue and the system texted we’d be seen in one hour. We waited one hour and then headed over. When we arrived at the clinic we were texted that we were first in line. The odd part was we then proceeded to see six or seven patients arrive and check in for urgent care and were seen before us. Foolish Doctor advice on last two visits
I was surprised to see the negative reviews, though I know we can all have different experiences. I’ve been here multiple times for things varying from medication side effects to respiratory infections. Before the move to this location, I had a couple middling experiences. Since they’ve been here, I’ve found everyone to be great. A couple thoughts: - Yes, I’ve waited. Not an unreasonable amount of time. But I plan to wait and bring something to keep myself occupied. I was able to walk in and there was not a lot of people in line. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen.
