Went cause my 1 year old is sick and probably has an ear infection. Absolutely ridiculous people who say they're on their way online get priority over patients sitting in the waiting room. So you could sit there for 2 hours and still be waiting because people say they're gonna be there online. Didn't realize I was going to a restaurant and needed a reservation for an urgent care. Horrible policy. Better off going to an emergency room. Garbage. Change or go out of business.
Both times my wife and I had to stop in were great experiences.
Beth at the front desk is so sweet, caring, and genuine. Nobody enjoys having to go to urgent care but the staff here on 11/12 made it a little more easy. I even had the doctor send my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and went back to ask them to switch it an hour before close and they made sure it was not only switched but filled in time for me to pick up before the second pharmacy closed. When and if I need to come back, this is where I’ll go. I was also in and out in less than an hour.
I've been here numerous times over the years and I just can't recommend this place. Extremely long wait times, I waited 3 hours while dealing with kidney stone pain (at least the doctors showed concern this time). But I have dealt with extremely rude nurses and doctors more than I'd like to, the lack of care they have expressed left me fairly upset, I asked for a doctor's note one time and the doctor just gave me glare of disdain and didn't come back after saying she would. Some lady working at Fairview behind the desk is on the phone yelling at her son Logan because she venmo's him daily and he wants to buy a dog. Its pretty unprofessional. 4:57pm July 14th. Go take a break and have your yelling conversation in private.
