I've been to this urgent care a handful of times and have had a great experience each time. Front desk and medical staff have all been kind, haven't had an issue with drastic wait times, and medical personnel are very knowledgeable. There are urgent cares closer to my house but I choose to come here again and again.
Staff very rude. Especially one lady named Katie, she is medical assistant or Nurse, I’m not sure. Today, she was wearing a prosthesis on her foot. That lady is unprofessional and so rude. Also another male staff, I didn’t get his name. I never seen such rudes people in medical field.
Sherry at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful, and Dr. Jason was just as kind and supportive. I truly felt like I received first-class care. I went in for a work-related injury, and they guided me through the right steps to take and the important questions to ask.
Went there for a visit for very bad ear pain, accompanied by headaches and sinus pain. Completely rushed provider I did not have the space to explain all my symptoms in great detail, resulting in my visit notes not being accurate and representative of my condition. They made it sound much less than it is and the provider even started talking about patients having these symptoms due to paranoia, you try having these symptoms for months and see if its paranoia.
Extremely focused on upselling. I took my daughter in for a cough, they ran two tests, both came back negative. Despite that, they still pushed for my wife and me to get tested, even though we had no symptoms. Of course, the tests were not covered by insurance and cost around $100 each.
