Not feeling well so I Went here on a Saturday at 3pm and when approached the desk I was asked my symptoms. Being it was not life threatening or an emergency I was told I cannot be seen because the wait is already past when they close for the day at 5. There was 3 other people in the lobby. In my whole lifetime I have never been turned away for medical care at an urgent care clinic. Didn't want to treat my 3 month old with croup
I just had the best customer experience service that I have had in a very long time. I had a hard time logging into my MyChart to figure out some test results. Zoua Took her time with me and she walked me through the process, even though I was so confused and it took me a while to understand the app. She was so patient and kind. We ended up getting what we needed to get done in a timely manner and she was very sweet and I just want to say thank you. So much! Amazing Customer service
