I went up to the front desk because I couldn’t find water inside of the building or outside of the door. I’m not feeling well so I can’t travel upstairs to see if there is one so I asked the front desk lady if she could give me some water and then the process of that Sharon Rhonda W was telling me that that lady was not allowed to give me no water. Been with fairview over 40 yrs, They're great!
I brung my daughter to this urgent care and explained in detail our reason for today’s visit. After giving all the information the nurse called us back and had my information in the system instead of my minor child. Very unorganized and rude. After seeing the medical personnel I was approached outside the clinic by a complete stranger asking was my experience with staff rude? Or was he crazy. I explained to him he was not crazy they were rude. Do better Brooklyn Park urgent care.
