The doctor first acknowledged I needed antibiotics for my lacrimal infection. Then she decided to poke and prod my infected eye, she slipped and really dug in. I had a vasovagal response, as I have my entire life, and the doctor and nurse tried to send me away in an ambulance. I've never had an ambulance called for a vasovagal response. What a rookie team. If I could give 0 Stars I would. If you are genuinely concerned for your health do NOT come here. I was seen by Doctor Niles. I had a fever, cough, I had passed out that day and went in to make sure I wasn’t concussed. I wasn’t given any Covid or flu test I was seen for less than 15 minutes. He checked my vitals told me I was fine and it’s normal to pass out with a fever and sent me on my way. I’ve been in and out of hospitals. Not feeling well so I Went here on a Saturday at 3pm and when approached the desk I was asked my symptoms. Being it was not life threatening or an emergency I was told I cannot be seen because the wait is already past when they close for the day at 5. There was 3 other people in the lobby. In my whole lifetime I have never been turned away for medical care at an urgent care clinic.
