They were pleasant. They were professional. They were wrong. I went to Urgent care because of a cut on my finger that wouldn’t stop bleeding. After applying pressure for about 5 minutes, the PA decided it didn’t look like infection was present. She cleaned the cut and glued it to help the healing process. The next morning, after a night of my hand throbbing, I removed the bandaid and noticed pus breaking through the glue. I ended up on Teledoc where I was given an antibiotic and an ointment for my finger. Very disappointing.... read more
