Front desk staff and nurses are great, however, I saw the same doctor twice for separate skin infections and both times she didn’t prescribe an adequate antibiotic. I had to go to another urgent care to be prescribed the right one to heal my infection. Both times the other provider was shocked with the decisions she made. Will not be returning for any health needs in the future.
Inexperienced phlebotomist messed up my arm, bruised for 2 weeks
I checked in online before going in, which helped me skip a lot of the people who walked in. They listened to my pain I was having and tested me. They got me in and out quickly and got me the help I needed. Overall the experience was great and will be coming here again if I ever need urgent care again.
The care was fine, however I was billed $433 for someone to take a quick peek in my ear. I think I was in the office for a total of 5 minutes...what an absolute rip off, no wonder nobody can afford to go to the doctor. This organization should be ashamed of itself for robbing its patrons
