Brought in a child who is in our care as a foster placement for urgent care at 445 pm on a Saturday. The front desk lady threw up every stop she could think of just so that check in could be prolonged and then turns around to say "well now it's too late to check in" after 10 minutes of back and forth. I had just given fairview all the paperwork for us to provide medical care to the children on Tuesday and she still wouldnt check us in. This has become our favorite and go-to Urgent Care. Most of the time, you can be seen within 30 minutes and in and out of there in an hour.
Front desk staff and nurses are great, however, I saw the same doctor twice for separate skin infections and both times she didn’t prescribe an adequate antibiotic. I had to go to another urgent care to be prescribed the right one to heal my infection. Both times the other provider was shocked with the decisions she made. Will not be returning for any health needs in the future.
