Diane Samson, the one that came in and went over everything with me! I couldn't sit through the whole thing because of her whole approach! I WANT TO ASK YOU, IS IT BECAUSE I'M ASIAN? WHY GIVE ME AN ATTITUDE? WHAT DID I DO THAT WAS SO WRONG? I CAME IN SICK. HOW YOU APPROACH PEOPLE OR THE WAY YOU TALK TO THEM, I SUGGEST YOU CHANGE YOUR TONE! All I can say is to anyone who goes here, please avoid her if you're a different race!
Be Warned!! Avoid this place for annual insurance check up. If you have them provide information for a form from lab work that you will not even get from them that day they will charge you for a second office visit. Avoid Dr. Timothy Probst...this is the second time they have done this to me. I asked zero questions. I turned him down 4 times for a referral. I have no prescriptions. I havee no followup appt needed. They/he just bills extra anytime they can
My father, who is undergoing cancer treatment, went to Fairview Andover urgent care because he had a cough that lasted over three weeks. The nurse practitioner, Libbie Nyarangi, left the room while he was on a brief phone call and did not let him know she was leaving. He had to ask the front desk where she went. Her chart note said she left to check on another patient, but my father was never informed.
