Second time waiting so long in a exam room and had to leave untreated.
Having a great experience so far with my physician. Better bedside mannerisms here in the Midwest.
Came in 40 minutes before close for a simple steroid shot due to a bad bug bite reaction. The place was completely empty. Staff told me they weren’t accepting anyone unless it was a “real emergency.” If it’s an actual emergency, people go to the ER—so what’s the point of urgent care? Total waste of time. Lazy operation. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being turned away while the staff sits around doing nothing. I’ve seen restaurant workers hustle harder in the last hour of a shift than anyone here.
