They misgendered me and called me Mrs., despite my chart saying otherwise. They gave me factually incorrect information and had zero knowledge about my genetic disorder. They were over 30 min late without even an acknowledgement of it. I was "interviewed" by a student without them asking for consent. Please avoid this clinic. They are not professional or knowledgeable. I'm not easily shocked by poor medical practice and this was pretty bad. Do NOT waste your time or money.

Trying to call them is stupid wait it on hold for 10 mins and they randomly hangs up on me🙄
I was referred to Dr. Harris regarding a new disgnosis of severe spinal stenosis. I was not informed that my initial visit would be with a nurse practitioner. When I saw the NP, I soon realized that my problems were of no concern because I was not dragging my leg. I was quickly dismissed. There was no teaching and no time for answering of questions (I had a list). There were no recommendations for a change in lifestyle or how to prevent my condition from becomming worse.
