Not an actual walk-in.
Called prior to bringing my child in. I live out of state and needed a walk in clinic. Was told on the phone that they would take my son as a walk in. When I got there the front desk worker was extremely rude and shared that they had not taken walk ins in years and that despite what I was told on the phone, they would not be seeing my child. Came for pediatric walk-in, which google said was there and open. When we got there the receptionist said they haven't had walk in since covid and haven't been able to remove it online for 3 years.
Great doctors. However be nice if desk staff could disclose that siblings couldn’t come on the phone when appointment is made rather than after I drive 3 hours. All because of covid but hey I don’t have to wear a mask.
Wonderful staff & Doctors , very knowledgeable & pleasant.
