Terrible experience. I was told my child needed to come in person again despite having same issue as previous visits. Arrived on time but was criticized by front desk staff that we were supposed to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment time or risk losing the appointment. This was the first time anyone had mentioned this. I don't have any issues with the provider, but they ordered labs and it's such an ordeal to have to get "admitted" to the hospital just to get labs done. Very poor service at Fairview Clinic Pediatrics. I’m a mother of three, and attending this appointment required me to rearrange my entire schedule and find care for my other children. I arrived just 10 minutes late, and they refused to see my child — no flexibility or understanding at all. Yet, they often make you wait over 20 minutes past your scheduled time just to be called in, and sometimes you’re left waiting inside the exam room for another 30 minutes before anyone shows up. Called prior to bringing my child in. I live out of state and needed a walk in clinic. Was told on the phone that they would take my son as a walk in. When I got there the front desk worker was extremely rude and shared that they had not taken walk ins in years and that despite what I was told on the phone, they would not be seeing my child. When asking for assistance for other locations that could help me child, the front office referred me to an adult urgent care.
