The treatment has been very kind and supportive while I go through a very difficult time in my life. The nurses PAs and doctors are wonderful.
I’ve been to the this infusion center before when I was receiving an infusion for asthma treatment. i am returning after years because my medicare supplement insurance requires that I get my new treatment for asthma, an injection of Facenra, at the infusion center. I scheduled my first injection appointment and the woman who I talked to was clueless. She even suggested that I was calling the wrong place. Very rude. My mothers care team at Fairview Southdale is amazing! Nurse Carrie and social worker Ellen are a DREAM TEAM. They truly make a difference in our families stress level. They are always available and can help out with just about anything we need all with a smile and good attitude. We love them and are so thankful for their help during a rough time for our family.
