The people working there are friendly enough. From making an appointment to getting sleep results back it will take you 8 months AT BEST. If you can afford it go somewhere else.
After some sleep pattern changes (I've had diagnosed sleep apnea for 20+ years) it took MONTHS to get an appointment with a sleep doctor. Dr. Pusalavidyasagar talked over me the ENTIRE appointment, not listening to my concerns or observations at all. It was quite distressing. They never ran a diagnostic on my C-Pap machine, which I requested, to see if it was functioning correctly. She then ordered a sleep study... which I had just had a couple of years before. I love my doctor here, but the care team is so incredibly unresponsive. When there is a medication shortage and I have to call in monthly to get a new prescription sent to a new pharmacy and it takes days to get any sort of a response, that is unacceptable. I have been repeatedly sent to voicemail and have left many messages with zero return calls. I have sent messages using my chart with again zero return communication. I highly advise to everyone to not use this clinic and choose one with a much more responsive care team.
We had a good experience. Everything went smoothly and our sleep tech, Bikash, was so great with my son!! It just took 6 months to actually get in for an appointment, otherwise everything else was good.
