Everyone I dealt with about my unit was very helpful and kind. Chei was especially helpful on figuring out an issue I had with my bill and resolved it promptly. Highly recommended.
Currently renting a unit and have once before. Only issue this time around, the security gate….they advertise it’s accessible to customers only with a code to enter the gate. Unfortunately the gate is never shut. Open 24/7, just slightly unsettling. We have sent our concern to customer service and it doesn’t appear to be addressed.
