We rented 2 units here starting in June of 2024. The climate controlled unit we rented was excellent, no issues other than not providing us the code to the locked external door upon rental. We were able to call and receive the code on our first visit with little hassle. The non-climate controlled unit, however, was extremely disappointing. Our initial rent was $40 a month.
