What a responsible people and excellent customer service🙌
IF your a landlord you don't want to work with these people. I sold my mothers apartment building 7 months ago. The account is still not closed with Fairview and they owe my mother money from rent. They also moved a tenant into an apartment without approval or getting a security deposit. Made up extra yard fees.
Sarah from the maintenance department was incredibly patient with me throughout the repair process. She followed up with me daily until all the repairs were completed.
I had a great experience with them— they rehabbed my property quickly and professionally.
