Slow about sending owner statements. Slow about transferring rents to owners account 4 mouth behind, i think there intention is to not pay me. All of this after more then ten years of business with them. They never return tenants security deposit saying they didn't have it its shown on the lease that they are holding on to it, looking at other reviews I see now they are shyster from another country.
THIS IS THE WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!! ESPECIALLY CASSANDRA, SHE SMILES IN YOUR FACE AND TELLS YOU ONE THING AND THEN TURNS AROUND AND STABS YOU IN THE BACK AND DOES THE COMPLETE OPPOSITE. DOO NOTTT BOOK WITH THEM OR DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL!!!!!

Rented at 339 Sauk trail and had the worst experience ever. Woke up and all my property was molded. Only was there for about 2 months before this happened. It was always hard to get in contact with manager and took days to get an answer.
Very nice and polite. I got what i needed done right away
