I am using a different first name for my privacy. I had a disappointing experience at the M Health Fairview Pharmacy today. Unfortunately, this is also not the first time I have had a negative experience at this location as I usually go here to pick up my prescription as it is on campus. Jeff is the most helpful pharmacist I've ever worked with, always goes the extra mile to get to the bottom of insurance and keep me up to date
For the most part its a great pharmacy. I have only had a couple bad interactions but no one is perfect. They always have meds in stock but there is no online portal which sucks.
