This is a small update. I have added a few more items to this review to fully understand how this pharmacy functions. This items include some more details of what this pharmacy does and some photos. This is one excellent pharmacy! It is located on the first floor of M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center Minneapolis. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to, almost every time I go there they either cannot find my order or need to call the clinic multiple times before they can figure it out. They are connected to the boynton clinic, why is the communication so bad? Any other pharmacy would be better.
I have been more than patient and understanding with this Pharmacy however, I can't do it anymore. I have been picking up my RX's here since June 2025. Unbeknowst to me that was a HUGE MISTAKE. Because, the communication from this Pharmacy is little to none and even after talking to the manager things didn't get any better? Either they don't fill my RX's with the preferred NDC, they don't fill the full RX's or forget to put them in the bag. Fast service please stop by if you picking up a prescription they will get you in and out
The Pharmacy department have the most caring staffs. I have been getting my RX's for over 20+years and everyone's is great!! There was a time, or two I had been too sick to pick up my medicine and they had it delivered to my home, or mailed directly to me. If you shop on Wednesday for OTC products you get a discount. This place feels like home and family!!!
