Fairview Hugo is an exceptional small community pharmacy! Communication is great and feedback is wonderful. They call to keep you informed of insurance issues. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! My husband and I love it here!
Who you talk to at this location absolutely matters. I was told by a man my insurance wasn’t covering my full script and he said it would take weeks to get the prior authorization and so I waited and waited patiently while my life went to crap without my medication… After about nine days, I called back just to see what the status might be and spoke to Brittany. The gentleman who helped me was named Kyle. This man was so patient and so sweet as I had no clue what I was doing cause I was picking up a prescription for my sister who currently lives in a different state. I even left without a phone and he followed me out to give it to me. 5 trillion stars
Cute and comfy. It’s well ran with competent staff. Love it here! Parking lot is just a bit small.
