Shelley and her team provide outstanding customer service. We were pleasantly surprised to see my mother in law having a great time this evening with Elvis. The Oakview mgmt. gave up their personal evening on Valentine's Day night and they gave the residents a wonderful evening. The facility is always clean and well-staffed with caring individuals. RecommendedI wish I could give Alto a 10! Mom and Dad moved in 4 years ago and we've never looked back! Their apartment is so homey, decorated with their "stuff". After Dad passed in 2018 Mom stayed in Assisted Living for a few months. As her Alzheimer's progressed they worked with us to get Mom to the Memory Care floor. Best move we could have made. Every step from day one has been smooth and a happy experience. It saddens me to see the negative reviews when I have never experienced anything like that.
