996 $/month internet doesn't work – If you have any trouble, you remain in trouble, even if by contract you pay for connection that works.. Dishonest,Poorly Managed, Rent Flipping Older tenants for higher paying new ones, Failure to keep proper mainentance records...... – After living there for over 5 years I can honestly say they could care less about their tenants. They regularly move people out who have been there for years to "upgrade" the apartments and raise the rent to levels that they would not have been able to with the current tenant. Dishonest, and not worth a look unless you like headaches.
I actually live here I moved in 2 months ago. These aprtments are nice at least the fully remodeled ones. I have a one bedroom, built in microwave, ac, and dishwasher. My kitchen is really nice, light tan wall to wall carpeting. My only issue with these apartments is the bathroom. Im a very paticular picky person and they could of at least renovated my bathroom too!! my tub is baby blue..w black n white wall tiles! WORST MANAGEMENT - LIAR!! – They Trick People into Signing a Lease with Them! Immoral management who refuses the refund $340 deposit. When I signed a lease with the management, a girl who worked there promised that she will have that $340 application and marketing fee refunded to me because its a short-term lease (4-months lease.)
