Don't use this business The automated machine took a $5 bill and didn't credit it. I had to put in more $'s for a wash, then noticed the phone number listed. Called it and left a message, but by then the car wash had cancelled my purchase, of course, not refunding my money. I felt really stupid now that I was out even more $'s! I called 4 times over the next 4 days and no calls were ever returned.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Drive to Brookpark to use that one. Horrible. Spent $14 on the Works wash, top half of car was the only thing washed and it was horrible at that. This is a Ford Focus, should have this issue not cleaning the whole care. The windows were still dirty afterwards, there is a straight line of salt and dirt along the bottom half of my car. DON'T GET YOUR CAR WASHED AT FAIRVIEW LASER WASH!!! I was 3rd in line to get a car wash at Fairview Laser Wash on February 13, 2009. I put $9.00 into their machine and so did the guy in the SUV in front of me. The first car got washed and left and when the SUV in front of me pulled into the bay, nothing happened. Don't go there. I waited in line 30 minutes and paid $10 cash. I entered the wash and nothing happened. I backed up and moved forward. Nothing. After 10 minutes I gave up and left. There was no attendant there. I tried to phone their listed no. and got the fax beep. There is no way to reach them for a refund, and I can't even leave a phone message.
Fairview Park Laser Wash Car wash stopped right in the middle of my wash. Soap ALL over my car. No one was there and as of today 12/17/11 no one has returned my phone calls. I have left 15 messages and will continue to call until I get a refund. Rip off car wash run by thieves! I also lost $10 in this car wash on New Year's Eve. Called 5 times now and no return phone call. I was also unable to use a gift card I received a few years back. The machine wouldn't take the gift card, a $40 gift card mind you, and again, no call back. I think we should call the city and the BBB on these thieves!
