My wife has infusions every month this new building is so much better then the old one
We had two separate experiences with Fairview Home Infusion. Their nurses were incredibly kind, prompt, communicative, and made my teenage daughter feel seen and heard. Absolutely 5 stars for the nursing team!!! Our problem was with the set up, booking, and billing process. We were told incorrectly by their booking team that our insurance covered the visits at 100%. Only afterward to have only a portion of the visits covered (2 visits billed out $850 total, and our bill wound up in the $350 range. Not terrible, but very far ... read more
The care team and nurses are literally the best. They make you feel so welcome and they check on you routinely. The pharmacy team on the other hand! If you have a restrictive work schedule and/or you cannot touch your phone while at work due to safety reasons, your appointment will be cancelled by the pharmacy team! Be warned! They only call the day before the appointment so you only get one chance!
