We had Fairview Heating and Cooling come out to do our system maintenance on our A/C unit. From the moment I scheduled to the time the technician Jacob arrived, we had wonderful communication and service. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Matt and team have done work for us several times at our house. They clearly communicated when they would be there and how they approach providing quotes and doing the service. They had an early time available and actually called us to see if they could come out early. They were so good my parents also called them when their AC recently broke.
They’ve done few hvac projects for us, Matt and his team do a great job.
Took 2 trips for them to tell me my furnace didn't work and needed replacement. Completely ghosted me for 3 weeks after telling me they'll send me a quote to install a new one
