I was on hold for more than an hour trying to get my appointment schedule changed and only ever got the robot message at the beginning. I had to hangup and email instead. They need to figure out how to use thwir phone systems. I hit 2 to talk to a nurse. Why have a number if your not going to answer??

Customer Service stinks. I received a bill for $82.8. Tried to pay by phone Good luck Evidently my account # was not in the system (Gee the account # was on your bill)) Customer Service did not answer after 40 minutes. I think they should be called the sales prevention team quite frankly. I had a upper GI exam. Hey let’s try you website- oh that did not work Ok last resort I mailed them a check.
