Great customer service, wonderful employees and they are local.
Customer Service needs to be much better. We always go to the Fairview Hareware and we live in Mio. After last night when my husband rented a cement saw the gentleman had a very bad attitude and even told my husband not to burn him on this saw.(keep the saw). My husband was very upset over this and said he will never go back to Your hardware again. My are honest people and I know not everyone is but; since we shop at Your hardware and now 7 yrs. ago we moved here (Mio); we will no longer shop there. We have completely rework... read more
I love this hardware store and all the employees. They always make me feel welcomed and help me find just the right things I need!
I can not leave this store without buying something. I really like the people they are all so helpful and friendly. If they do not have what I am looking for ,they will order it for me. I enjoy just looking around.
