They were prompt and efficient installing the new furnace but there was ZERO follow up. When the furnace immediately started short cycling after installation, costing me a FORTUNE in gas, multiple calls (over an entire YEAR) have gone ignored. I finally had to involve another company to come out and figure out the issue.

I finally had to involve another company to come out and figure out the issue.
These guys went above and beyond what I expected. The tech went to Clarksburg to get the part to fix our furnace and came back after regular hours and fixed the problem. They were very polite and helpful. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
