I was pleased with the sales department & purchased a F150. Once it was ready for the 1st oil change, I went to their service department. A big mistake! They tired to push more services that should be done at 3,000 miles. I decline the additional work & signed the estimate work order. I waited for over 2 hours for only an oil change. Finally at check out my bill was doubled. Additional charges was for an air filter, gas filter & labor. The reception claimed this is part of the oil change package.
