Very upset. Placed an online order 2/23/24 for approximately $120. Received a confirmation receipt via email, and the payment was processed on my debit card. FLOWERS WERE NEVER DELIVERED. TWO VOICE MAILS NEVER RETURNED. Plan to report the fraud to my bank. Now I see only today, wasn't posted earlier this week or last, that they are "temporarily closed."

Beware….I placed an order for prom flowers through Fairview Floral. 3rd order I placed thru this business in 2 months. I thought this was a good florist until today. I did not receive what I asked for. The flowers were wrong , however she did adjust them to what I had ordered when they saw their mistake…but when my daughter came home with the bouquet and the bontoneire I notice the bontineire was supposed to be on a card not a pinned bontoneire. I called to kindly explain this to Jennifer the florist and she yelled something... read more
