I completely agree with everyone saying not to move here! It is horrible! Have too many complaints for the rent to be so expensive!!! Water shuts off all the time! It's brown most of the time and they have the nerve to send a separate bill for the BROWN water that get cut off all the time! And yes; anything left out gets stolen! Our lawnmower was stolen ! They quick to tell u to cut the small yard or will fine u but other lots have there grass very tall ; the ones where no one lives in! We even had our trash can dissappear l... read more

I wish I would have read the reviews FIRST! Been here 2 months the water hasn’t been clean since day once national water infrastructure has issued a boil advisory well it’s 2 months still not resolved, my AC unit went out 2 weeks ago! Ac the office manager stopped responding to emails. I’ve been very patient and humble but this is unacceptable I’ve been here 2 months and the only thing good I can say is the trailer is nice the area is quiet but not having clean water and no Ac is horrible, having to pay a water bill and stil... read more
