The apartments are very nice but the management never answers phone calls, or emails. They also call your emergency contacts for no reason. Also rules have constantly been changing. Noise complaints never get delt with neither do other issues. Over all horrible experiences living in these apartments.
Please save yourself time and don't apply here management likes to evict families for no reason/ management and other residents like to make up rumors about your family just to get your family evicted. My son and I got evicted for having another resident made stuff up and told the Management and management believe the resident than me and now my son and I are homeless and we have nowhere to go to I've been trying to get a place but having no luck. Do not rent from this place. They are terrible! Management is moody and rude. They have insane expectations and always have an excuse to enter your apartment. They definitely interfere with a tenant's right to peaceful living.
Applied for an apt on Jan 12th was advised we would hear a response back by the following friday through a letter in the mail. Have received no letter. Made a phone call to the local office who said we would hear back from someone. We have not heard back!
