The most unfriendly clinic I've ever been to. I didn't see a single smile, from the moment I was checked in, until the last blood draw. I always feel like everyone hates their job who works there, the staff always seems unhappy.

I have seen one of the best providers I’ve had in my life at this clinic. I did follow her from a different location and it’s a bit of a drive but worth it. She always knows what’s going on with my complicated case and I feel I’m really taken care of well. The lab, assistants and all office staff are nice and the nurses I’ve talked to about issues on the phone have all been helpful.

I had a preventive visit with Dr. Namballa at M Health Fairview Clinic – Eden Prairie to establish primary care, and was shocked to receive two separate claims totaling $1,053 for what should have been a single appointment. They added a second charge of $523 just because I briefly mentioned a separate health concern—without any discussion or treatment—and never informed me that doing so would result in extra billing. A little surprised to read these reviews after my own experience (probably shouldn't be??)... care, nurses and doctors are great. However, I was wrongly billed and blindsided by incredibly high charges. After a few hours on the phone with different representatives, I got my bill reprocessed with the necessary corrections. If you have questions about your bill or receive surprise charges- follow-up!! Healthcare should not be this expensive. Do your homework and advocate for yourself. Wishing everyone well.
