The dental work was technically sound, but the overall experience was poor due to a lack of transparency and non-existent communication. I wasn't told the treatment would require multiple follow-ups to be effective, and the office has since ignored all my calls and requests. Despite the quality of the procedure, their lack of honesty and responsiveness makes it impossible for me to recommend them.

At my appointment last August 2024 I scheduled I next 6 month appointment for March and the week of the appointment I called to confirm and they told me I had no appointment scheduled even though I had an appointment card written by them from my last appointment. When they told me I had no appointment scheduled I asked to schedule and appointment and they told me their next availability wasn't until August. Not sure if they have closed permanently or what is going on here, but they cancelled an appointment a couple months ago and then have completely ghosted me despite multiple attempts to reschedule. They already had a history of cancelling and rescheduling. Frustrating because finding a new dentist is not always a simple process, if there were issues they should have just communicated them and not just ignored a current patient.
